Value Time

Time is something we cannot take back. We make sure we respect each other’s time by setting up relevant meetings, coming in prepared and on time. Gossiping and dwelling on negative emotions will not be entertained. We also respect that people need time and space to cultivate personal mastery, to practice their skills, to stay proactive and intentional, and to find meaningful periods of both discovery and recovery.
